Please be informed that Monthly Sales Report should be submitted in conjunction with the Delivery Receipt (DR) and a copy of bank deposit slip or any confirmation of payment to Classique Herbs Corporation.
 
 
The company would like to reiterate that the submission of Monthly Sales Report is on or before the 5th of the month. Should the 5th of the month falls on Sunday or holiday, submission of reports must be made or delivered on or before the last working day before 8:00 p.m. in Head Office.
 
Late and incomplete sales reports will not be accepted.
